  • Name (of you and/or your child taking lessons)
  • Address, postal code and city
  • Phone number
  • Date of birth (if 21 years or younger)
  • E-mailadres

How do I collect your data?

As soon as you contact me, I collect your information. I collect this information when you:

  • Contact me for information about my services.
  • Book lessons with me or rent an instrument from me.
  • My website visits and cookies are placed in your browser.

I may also receive information about you from the following sources:

  • Colleagues who pass on your naam when they think you are interested in lessons or coaching with me.

What do I do with your data?

I collect your data so that I can:

  • Can send invoices.
  • I can send you messages when classes change or when there is an event coming up that I would like to inform you about.

I will never provide these personal data to third parties, except when this is necessary within the agreement we have made, or when the law requires this, for example when the tax authorities require it.

Only with your permission will I share your information with colleagues who are looking for musicians of a certain level that I think you might be interested in, for example, for orchestras or chamber music ensembles.

Where and for how long is your data stored?

All the above information is stored exclusively digitally in my records. If you no longer attend classes with me or the rental agreement is terminated, the information will be deleted after the statutory retention period expires. Currently, this is seven years. My accountant has access to my accounting and invoice data and can therefore see naam, adres data, and the amounts paid.
